You may have noticed after you updated to vRA 6.2.2 that you can now enable the remote console connections. You may also have noticed that for your admin account the link is there in items view but for regular users it is not. This guide will show you how to fix that.
Woops? Where is the link?
First, ensure you have enabled this action in entitlements
Now go to the infrastructure tab and make sure the Connect to Remote Console action is enabled in any blueprint that was created prior to upgrading to 6.2.1 or 6.2.2
Now go back to your items view and refresh the browser and you should see the action button.
Launch that remote console and get back to work!
